Too big?!!!

So. we are not big fans of giant flowers and bows on babys but Becky and I thought this was adorable. Brad and Pops strongly disagree. What do you think?

Who is this cute little butterball? She has discovered her feet and they keep her very busy!
She is trying to make friends with Pops but it can be challenging!

She loved when her cousins Trevor and Devin came to visit!

More fun with Ellie!

Sunday night was a big (and long) game of dominos with Brit and Mike
Brads brother-in-law, Paul joined in the fun too

Ellie had to have some one-on-one time with Brit talking girl things!

We got to spend some fun time at Disneyland before Ellies flight home on Monday

The teacups were fun

Ellie chose this cute hat at the Mad Hatters

Pops introduced her to a new favorite - turkey legs! We had a wonderful weekend with Ellie. Thanks for coming Ellie!

Oops! Jen how do I delete this duplicate?

Ellie at California Adventure

Goofy welcomes us to California Adventure
Ellie and Libby's first time to California Adventure was so much fun

The middle of January and it was about 84 degrees!

One of Ellies favorite rides - the swing! She did not like the California Screamin roller coaster of Hollywood Tower of Terror! She loved the Aladdin Show and Soaring over California.

Ready for World of Color

It was beautiful and amazing - too bad we didn't get in until the 10:15 show!

Ready for church with Pops on Sunday

Picnic at Top of the World Park in Laguna Beach with Saddleback Valley behind us.

The sunset was gorgeous overlooking Laguna and out to Catalina.

Ellie's 8th Birthday Trip

Ellie flew in by herself Thursday night (the day after her birthday).

We girls had lunch at the American Girl Cafe

We started The Kaye Klub - we all have the middle name Kaye (except Ellie spells hers wrong!)

We had fun hanging out at The Grove. Not a good picture of the cool fountain behind us!

Ellie's hand fit in Shirley Temples at Graumanns Chinese Theater in Hollywood but her foot was way too big!

This star is for you Zane!

Christmas 2010

Terry and I got to go to Utah for Christmas with the Openshaws. Max and Ellie are ready for Santa.
A chilly and fun walk thru the Shops at Riverwood.

Max was soaking wet!

What cute grandkids! Why can't I get rid of Terrys coat?!!!!

A

A delicious Christmas Eve Dinner - one of many delicious meals at Amys!

The Openshaws stockings can fill up a mantle!

Skiing at Sundance - the kids had to go extra slow with Grammy and Pops. Whose hat is funnier - mine or Terrys?!!!

Jen and the kids came after we got back from Utah (Jason had to work opening their new store). Here we are overlooking Laguna Beach from Badlands Park. It is quite a view!

Here is the view of the other direction overlooking Salt Creek, Doheny and San Clemente. We love this hike!

We ended our hiking New Years Eve Day at the Montage and everyone loved it - especially Scoop (the Stewarts dog) who had a great time swimming and running to her hearts content!

Our New Years Eve appetizer dinner - yum, yum and did I mention diet, diet, diet now!!!

Bringing in teh New Year at the Macbeths

New Years Day was beautiful so we all headed on a hike to Salt Creek Beach

The hiking gang!

We went to see the gingerbread woody at the Ritz Carlton before the Stewarts had to hit the road to go back to Sedona. What a wonderful Christmas and New Years we had!
